Susan Boyle And Donny Osmond To Duet In Las Vegas
The Boyle bandwagon just keeps rolling on as Donny Osmond becomes the latest celebrity to want to work with her.
Susan Boyle, unsurprisingly voted through to the final of Britain’s Got Talent earlier this week, has been invited by her all-time idol Donny Osmond to perform a duet with him…in Las Vegas!
An insider said: “Donny has written to Susan inviting her to duet with him and she can’t wait. It’s a dream come true.
“She idolised him as a girl and still has all his records. He’s a genuine hero and inspiration to her.”
Will it be Puppy Love for the singing legend and the slightly-bonkers scottish contestant? We’re guessing that so long as she sticks to the singing she’ll be fine. But the Las Vegas crowd may have to plug their ears if she is asked to speak, as it seems her language can sometimes not be as sweet as her singing voice.
Jackie Russell, manageress at a pub in Susan’s home village of Blackburn, West Lothian, said: “Susan knows and uses every bad word in the swear book! I’ve heard her in full flow!
“Blackburn is a working-class village and we’re no strangers to industrial language. Just because she goes to church on a Sunday doesn’t mean she’s an angel. I’ve heard her let rip at customers in the bar on plenty of occasions.”
We’re not sure Las Vegas is quite ready for that just yet!
