ZX Spectrum Attempts To Load Windows XP
The greatest computer in the world looks to the future by loading Windows XP.
There’s an air of back in my day, Grandpa Simpson in The Daily Dust offices this morning, thanks to this YouTube video of a ZX Spectrum loading a program.
But not any program… Windows XP, the Z80 CPU edition. Wowsers. If you want the best for your computer, then here it is – on the other hand if you want to replicate the experience, just pull out your Ethernet cable as it reaches the end of the loading!
I’d watch this in full screen for the best retro flavour!
I’m so glad we’ve left behind the days of computer pages taking two or three minutes to load… err…
