Murray and Robson Hopman Half-Woman Team
October 28, 2009 by Alex Homer

World number four Andy Murray and Laura Robson will represent Great Britain as a mixed doubles team at the Hopman Cup in January.
‘Muzza’ and former Wimbledon girls’ champion Robson will debut as a pair at the event in Perth, Australia.
Scot Murray will use the event as a warm-up for the Australian Open later in January 2010, instead of the ATP Tournament in Doha, which he has won in both of the past two years.
The high profile duo will be the competition’s first British entrants for 18 years, after Jeremy Bates and Jo Durie lost in the first round in 1992.
Each match features one men’s singles, one women’s singles and a doubles.
The Australian team will feature Samantha Stosur and Lleyton Hewitt, so the host nation will be no pushover.
