Muse and Stevie Wonder will join U2 in headlining this year’s Glastonbury festival it has been confirmed.
The Devon based rock group will be the main act on Saturday night at the Pyramid Stage and Motown favourite Stevie Wonder will perform his big gig on the Sunday night in the three-day summer event – the largest musical festival in the world.
It had been previously confirmed that Irish rockers U2 were to headline the Friday night’s set of music.
More than 170,000 people will turn up at the Somerset show to celebrate the 40th aniversary of the Glastonbury festival between June 23 and 27.
Other stars confirmed to play include rapper Dizzee Rascal, Corinne Bailey Rae, Andy Williams and Jack Johnson – with several other big stars to be named.
All tickets have now been sold out.
