Duelling Jedis Take Over Bristol
Cabot Circus plays unwitting host to a Lightsaber flashmob.
This Saturday saw a rather unremarkable event in Bristol. Unremarkable that is if you happen to be a Jedi Knight. For the shoppers at the Cabot Circus shopping centre it was a different story.
Because on a whistle of a signal, hundreds of would be Star Wars extras unsheathed their lightsabers – the weapon of the Jedi – and set about each other in a George Lucas inspired Flashmob.
The Video was filmed and edited by Scott Waller, Benjamin Gabb and Dan Tonkin, while the flashmob itself was set up by Tom Merchant-Locke, Daniel Morgan Jones and Liam Penn.
And watch out for the late Jedi sprinting down the escalator – give that man an R2D2"!
