Rage Against The Machine’s Free Christmas Concert is Sold Out

The free gig to say thank you for christmas No 1 is full.

Remember all the fun we had at Christmas as we all decided to buy Rage Against the Machine’s “Killing in the Name” instead of Joe McElderry’s “Climb”? Oh those were the days! As part of the fun, guitarist from the band Tom Morello said: "We promised to play a free show if our song was number one at Christmas and here we come."

It took a little over four hours yesterday morning for the band’s gig at Finsbury Park to reach the 40,000 capacity as fans uploaded their picture to be printed on the souvenir tickets in a bid to keep down ticket touts.

If you missed the chance, the American band are also playing in Dublin two days after their London appearance, and are also headlining the ever popular “Download” festival.
